Global Engineering Tutors (GET) provides online engineering tutoring, academic guidance, assignment support, project assistance, homework help, and exam preparation. All services are delivered online through video calls, messaging platforms, and digital tools.

2. Purpose of GET Services

GET is designed specifically for students who:

• Struggle to understand complex engineering concepts
• Are working professionals or busy students with limited time
• Aim to clear subjects confidently and build understanding
• Want step-by-step explanations to perform better in future courses

Our goal is concept clarity, strong fundamentals, and long-term academic improvement — not shortcuts.

3. Academic Integrity

GET promotes ethical learning and academic honesty. All assistance is intended as educational guidance. Students are responsible for:

• Understanding the material provided
• Using explanations to learn and apply concepts independently
• Complying with their institution’s academic integrity policies

Final submission responsibility always lies with the student.

4. Performance Guarantee

• GET guarantees 85% or higher performance in assignments, homework, and exam help when students follow the provided guidance.

5. Refund Policy

• If a student scores less than 50% in homework, assignments, or exam help provided by GET, a 100% refund will be issued.
• Refund eligibility applies only when:
  • The student follows the recommended approach
  • All required information and deadlines are provided on time
• Refunds are processed after grade verification.

6. Payments & Tutor Compensation

• All payments must be made in advance before GET begins the work.
• If the work is successfully delivered, tutors are compensated.
• If the work is not delivered, the student receives a full refund.
• Prices may vary depending on subject difficulty, urgency, and academic level.

7. Free Trial - “Try GET”

• New students are eligible for a free 30-minute trial session.
• This session allows students to experience our teaching style, clarity, and approach before committing.

8. Session Scheduling & Missed Sessions

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• Missed sessions without prior notice are tolerated up to two (2) times.
• After two missed sessions without notice, sessions may not be refunded or rescheduled.
• Rescheduling requests should ideally be made at least 12–24 hours in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

All explanations, materials, solutions, notes, and content provided by GET remain the intellectual property of Global Engineering Tutors. Unauthorized sharing, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

10. Conduct & Communication

Students are expected to maintain respectful communication. GET reserves the right to discontinue services in cases of:

• Abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Misuse of services
• Violation of academic integrity
• Repeated non-compliance with these terms

11. Limitation of Liability

GET is not responsible for:

• Institutional penalties or disciplinary actions
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Misuse or misinterpretation of provided guidance

12. Modifications

GET reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
